Fantastic experience: David of Lipstick Investigators is absolutely the best! I live in South Africa and I used a shipping company in America to send a saddle that I had bought in America to myself. But the seller put the wrong suite number on the package and the shipping company ended up addressing and shipping the saddle to the wrong person! I was beside myself with worry when I saw it had been delivered to a stranger in Australia! The shipping company who made the mistake would not release the name and contact info of who they sent it to. I had the Fed ex tracking number but nothing else. I thought to myself, maybe a private investigator in Sydney could get answers. So right before I went to bed, I wrote an email to a David asking for a quote to find my package, never really thinking I could afford it, but I figured it was worth a shot. In the morning I found an email from my hero, David. “I have talked to the woman who has your saddle and it is safe and she is very willing to help you get it back.” Then he billed me for only one hour of his time, 95 US dollars! I was SO relieved to get that email. Then David helped me many more times after that...contacting the woman multiple times to keep her informed regarding the ever-changing collection details. And now my saddle is on its way to the correct address! Thank you so much David!
