Fantastic experience: I used NPI to track down an absent forest owner that I had not been able to do myself. Fantastic experience: Had to serve a US court summons on a German citizen living in Australia who was trying to avoid. They had to spend a couple of days waiting outside his flat and eventually got him when he went to the fishmarkets. I had a preconception that people in this industry were a bit sketchy, but couldn't be further from the truth, they were great, easy to get on with. Would use again for sure next time I need a difficult summons service done.

Fantastic experience: I received a phone call from a person enquiring about my services, in which I obliged. It wasn't until toward the end of the conversation I began to realise it was more of an 'Interrogation' than an enquiry. At the end of the call I was basically threatened with being reported to the regulatory body under which I must comply and operate. The person wasn't very clear about what I had apparently done and the conversation moved very quickly from one thing to another and this added to the confusion as it was hard to process. This experience caused me great stress, and all I wanted to know was what I had I actually done and who this person was. As it turned out is was a business similar to my own, obviously wanting to cause me concern and stress. The thing is all I had was a phone number, however it was a businesses internal extension number. This posed no threat to "NPI" however. Within a very short time I was presented with a wealth of information about the company and the people directly related to it. I now have piece of mind knowing who these people are and so much more !!! If the harassment continues I now have extra information for any legal action or whatever may be required. Thank you NPI !!!
