Negative experience: My interaction with them was in 2016, so hope they have improved since then. When going through papers in my filing cabinet to throw out, came across a reminder of this interaction. Basically had a minor car accident (less than $1000 damage), i was fully insured, other driver had none. They used "right to drive" and tried chasing me for money instead of insurance company... my insurance company had previously refused to payout other driver the high $$$ amount he was pushing/asking for - (so guess he'd see if i'd be a pushover with standover tactics). My gripe with Investigative Solutions ... Their contractor parked diagonally across drive to block any cars leaving - in doing so, he also damaged some of my front lawn sprinklers. After him hassling me at front door, l passed details onto car insurance company, then never heard anything more about it. So its not always criminals these people are looking for.
