Fantastic experience: After looking for a friend for over 30 years without success, I came across Alpha Investigation Services and asked them to help me find my friend. So they agreed to help me. So I gave them information about my friend that I had, so what took me 30 years with no luck, Alpha Investigation Services took less than 2 weeks to find out where my friend is living. Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Pete took $500 off me, never heard from him again! Almost a year later, I contacted him asking what has happened in the investigation, he stated that he lost my letter and to send it again. Why didn't he contact me earlier? I asked him to return my $500 via email, and he won't email. And again, he ignored me. I would like a refund please! You have my email.

Negative experience: Asked information for 3 tasks. Failed to find information on 2, and gave me inaccurate information on the third that he failed to check was correct. Said he would find the correct info for the third for free, but never got back to me. Said my tasks were difficult, which I believe. Wallet lighter and no accurate result. He comes across as kind though and always returns calls etc. Possibly good for more basic tasks.
