Negative experience: I had a really intimidating experience here. The first investigator I spoke to called me strange - had no neutrality and treated me like I was guilty because of the way I present (I have several diagnoses that make me socially awkward, naturally). When I asked if they record their phone calls (so I could escalate) - I was told I didn’t “respect authority”. They don’t have digital signing applications to make the user experience easier. It all felt very dodgy and unprofessional.
