Negative experience: Hi. I hired these guys to do an investigation this week and they promised they will find me an answer by end of the week. After paying the whole amount, they stopped responding to my messages and emails. I don't think they are even legit. Now they have blocked my number. Please DO NOT their service.

Fantastic experience: Our school needed to urgently locate the parents of one of our ill foreign students, when the Immigration Dept. couln't help, Armstrong's successfuly searched for them overseas and did it in 12 hours and a small fee. Fantastic experience: i tried to hire a few other firms who were just taking my case of stalking and harrasment as a joke just because im a single woman and wasnt rich till i finally called armstrongs private detectives in melbourne and all my problems disapeared within 48 hour after they caught the boy next door using spy cams on my bedroom. As we used many Armstrongs of Melbourne is one of the best weve used recently. Cheers to them esp John and Phillip Armstrong for going one better than required recently in a hard won New Guinea case. Negative experience: Do not use this service - very dodgy, agreed for a service and price and under-delivered and try to ask for more money to deliver the rest when all service and prices was greed prior. I HAVE PROOFS OF ALL COMMUNICATIONS VIA EMAIL TO SHOW! Agreed for a service and asked $495 then after receiving the money they try to tell you to pay more $2000 to deliver the exact service which was greed prior for $495 and already paid. RIP OFF! Now after posting a review I received an email from his associate - so call Alan and not only threatens me but humiliate me and made racist comment that am a penny and a greek etc etc... Not only they are not professional and rip off people but they are also threatens to breach my privacy and made racist comment and humiliate me. And straight after my review he asked his mates to post fake reviews online to try build his 5 Star but you can all see the times and when they both 'coincidentally' post the reviews:-)

Fantastic experience: Phillip and his team were instrumental in locating and picking up my two missing children who were whisked away to Malaysia by their Maternal Grandmother after my wife's passing. We are all happy now back in Melbourne. David.

Fantastic experience: We at Morgan Turner Freeman inc of Los Angeles, DC and New York City often ask Armstrong's in Australia to carry out back ground and due diligence searches on behalf of our USA clients wishing to employ senior staff members. We have entrusted such searches and investigations to Armstrongs in Melbourne Sydney and the South East Asia area for some time now. Fantastic experience: Phillip asked me to offer a review of his work. Generally we don't do this but as lawyers we have used Armstrongs PI's for over 10 years and found them exacting and meticulous in their work. Results Guaranteed is often wrongly used, except here where Phil and his team get you what you need to win major court cases. He undercharges if anything! I'd say they are the best I've ever used.
