Negative experience: My experience with Bernie M. from Melbourne has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Throughout the entire claims process, I have encountered delays, unnecessary inquiries, and a complete lack of professionalism. Bernie's recent inquiry into the location and personal relationship with our chosen mechanic, was not only irrelevant but also offensive. There is absolutely no basis for insinuating any wrongdoing on our part, and the delay caused by such inquiries is unacceptable. Furthermore, the constant back-and-forth between Bernie and the insurance company, with each party referring us to the other, has added significant stress and inconvenience to an already challenging situation. This delay is inexcusable, especially considering the circumstances surrounding the theft of our vehicle. As policyholders, we expect our claims to be processed fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. It is our right to receive the same level of professionalism and efficiency that we have demonstrated throughout this process. We believe in the principles of good faith and fairness, and it is disheartening to see these principles disregarded in our interactions with Bernie M. We eagerly await a resolution to our claim and hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in the claims process.
