Negative experience: We went through a process with this company through my husband's employment. They were not impartial at all, the investigation process only included people who would side with the employer. They came into the interview clearly siding with the employer - it did not make us feel safe or heard or that it was fair. I would not recommend this service at all. Clearly they only care about who pays their bills.

Hi Carmen, thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on our independence, impartiality and experience. However, people who are investigated are sometimes left dissatisfied given the investigation has not gone the way they were hoping. People who are investigated are not privy to the complete picture, including the evidence of people who have spoken positively about them but also negatively. I would encourage you to speak with your husband and his employer about your concerns, or feel free to contact us should you wish to discuss this further.
