Negative experience: Wasted a lot of money on this service...Terribly bad service! Very dishonest service! He invoiced me full fee and I paid it. He said that I have to paid the full fee before the report can be email to me. After I paid the full fee, he gave false/fake information to us, and we have found its not true information. He first said that the person responsible for the case is away and not in the office, and lead us to pay the money to his account then, said the report and the invoice will be email to us. Despite several calls, text messages and emails, no reply and not call back about this matter. We've been waiting since 7th August 2019 until now, the invoice and the report NEVER gets send to me. Although, he have send me a report, but its not openable file, even though I have contact them several time to send a openable file to us, but telephone calls and email was never reply by him.

Negative experience: As per the other reviews, i am so happy people are speaking up about this company. Corey McInnes deserves his day in court and is such a dishonest, and manipulative person. He will steel your money, and then lie to whoever he has to when confronted. I know all this as a close family member used his service and he really put them through a great deal of stress and hardship. In addition for everyone to know, all of his businesses are scams in one way or another. Each address he promotes on his website/s are all VIRTUAL MAILBOXES / LOCATIONS - and he certainly DOES NOT have offices around the country i.e. you will never be able to actually go to his offices to confront him about any wrong doing, as he also hides behind a virtual reception service. Negative experience: Corey McInnes and this company (InfoQuest Investigations) is under investigation for scamming a lot of consumers and businesses. They are currently under investigation by the ACCC for fraudulent practices across Australia. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!

Negative experience: Wasted a lot on money and time on this. Took my money and did very little. No contact... no result... compleatly blew the chance to sort out a serious issue
