Negative experience: All I am going to say is if Warren calls you demand he records the call. A lot of mistakes made their way into his transcript. He refused to record my call. Apparently I played rugby. I have never played rugby in my life and my job description was very different to what I actually do.

Negative experience: I was under surveillance by this company (CHS) in,2021-2022, they were very obvious in their operations, that I could see them park their vehicles, follow me, on foot and in vehicle, they were that obvious that whilst I was in Bunnings, the officer was questioned by employees for shop lifting. Their final report was full of assuming (lies) accusations,. ( which they would not correct when I asked them too.) I informed the Insurance company (DXC Work cover) that I knew they were there from day one, but it was my employer who had CHS follow me. I would suggest using another reputable company, who tells it as it is, if you require surveillance on someone, without them knowing.

Negative experience: VERY DODGY INVESTIGATOR DID NOT LISTEN AND ONLY SUBMITS LIES THAT HE RE-WRITES OUNCE HE HAS YOUR SIGNATURE DO NOT TRUST MATT BROWN IS FRAUDULENT ONLY HEARS WHAT THE INSURANCE TEAM WANT THEM TO SAY
