I am so happy and thankful for all the helpful information, everything he explained was very thorough and easy too understand. He's so very professional and great at what he does, I'd say he's the best worker there for all the technical stuff if I could lol. Too be honest he was such a pleasure too have here helping me out gosh and very funny and quit witted too lol. Negative experience: Big bad joe says he has been in the business for 30 years, so he thinks he can do and say whatever he wants. Biggest hot head and needs a reality check. I didn’t pay $400 a night to not get let into my appartment. Most ignorant guy and not happy with his services! Will be taking things further.
