Fantastic experience: We found ourselves very well with Build West, which has demonstrated professionalism, preparation and expertise. They have done the job quickly but not to the detriment of quality as well as being available to deal with all council permits and certifications. We were really satisfied and we really recommend them to everyone!

The Supervisor Marco Natoli was really professional and I was happy about the service. I recommend build west for your future building inspections

Negative experience: DON'T BUILDWEST! It's too late for us but I hope this can save you from the nightmare my family has experienced. This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. Without engaging in the fine details, buildwest robbed us- we were forced to pay money for services that weren't provided, hit with countless variations which were communicated as part of the contract, lied to and continually bullied with court actions. We even spoke to a construction lawyer who I quote stated that "buildwest have an appalling reputation for making money, not from construction, but from fleecing victims in court". I'm embarrassed sad to say we were scammed through them- don't be a victim- do your research!

Positive experience: We were extremely impressed by the range of personnel that BuildWest used and this really reflected the quality of their individual workmanship. The attention to detail was outstanding!
