Rapid Process Service

Fantastic experience: Rapid Process Service are a very reliable legal practice resource. For the past 20 years or so, Miriam, Neill and Malcolm have been very responsive when asked to serve documents and conduct searches to assist my litigation work. They are always polite and they provide peace of mind whenever I contact them for their services. Well done guys.

Negative experience: "Terrible Service." Don't deserve any star but I can't write a review without choice how many stars! This company should not be in this business! They don't know how to deal with important and confidential documents and they don't follow client instructions. I have organised and paid for Rapid Process Service to deliver a contravention document to my ex husband. I instructed them to deliver it on Monday very early in the morning, 6am. My instructions were very clear: " Do Not deliver the documents during the weekend because my ex husband would be with my son, and he would have a bad reaction to the documents. However, Rapid Process Service didn't follow my instructions and the agent Mark Slater contacted my ex husband over the phone and told my ex that he had a contravention to delivery to him from his ex wife. This is most extraordinary and extremely unprofessional behaviour! On the same day on which my ex was contacted by Rapid Professional Service, I received an angry email from my ex saying that he would not return my son to me on Sunday, as he was supposed to do. On Monday at 8:30am I rang Rapid Process Service because I suspected that my ex' reaction was from the documents that Rapid Process tried to deliver to him on the wrong day. Rapid Process confirmed that they tried to deliver the document to my ex on Sunday, ignoring my instructions. Even after I complained about the mistake to Rapid Process Service, they again did the wrong thing and again another agent called Malcolm Hill, went to my ex husband's house 3 times in the same day (on Monday) in hours that I advised them "do not go!" Obviously they couldn't find my ex in the middle of the day at home. They provided me with an Affidavit and I have to go in Court in person to lodge the Affidavit and request a Substitute Service, which hasn't been approved by the judge due to the importance of the documents. It has to be served in person to the respondant (my ex) and I had to pay again to another company to serve the documents to him. Rapid Process Service NEVER apologised for their mistakes and didn't even offer to refund me the money I paid! They are arrogant and rude. All members of staff are rude (Miriam Neill, Malcom) including the owner David! And the agent Mark is an unprofessional person! I don't recommend this company to anybody! They charge a little cheaper but in the end it has cost me a lot of money due their inappropriate actions. The result of the unprofessional service, was that my ex got angry and refused to return my son back to me. My son is only 4yo. It has caused a lot of pain, tension and stress to my son and I. I have spent over $6,000 to retain a solicitor and apply for a Recovery Order and represent myself at the Court to have my son back! It is still hard to believe the nightmare this company has caused to me, and my little boy, due their inability to follow my instructions, their unprofessional service and arrogance!"

Fantastic experience: Fantastic communication and service. Got the job done at extremely short notice with minimal fuss, helping to achieve the right outcome. Cheers guys.
