Negative experience: You are continually attacking me personally! You really need lots of help, look at the way you keep shamelessly arguing even online, fake people like you won’t change. You are the one that started this with your unprofessional and disgusting replies. Stop harassing me right now, I have filed a report, be prepared to deal with the consequences if you don’t stop harassing a young person. Therefore, no further discussions should be entered into on your end according to legal advice. This is final. Previous: I’m glad the public can see your reply, your true colours are the only thing that’s obvious here. You can continue to counter argue my reviews, I will just file for harassment and verbal abuse and it just proves anyone who stands up for themselves have mental health issues accordingly to you, thanks for making me laugh. You can't even differentiate those with mental health issues and sane people, shows how could you possibly to do your job. Look at yourself in the mirror and your worth first, before you comment on others. I have the right to freedom of speech and was just disclosing the truthful horror of the incidents, which you proved by replying. Firstly, learn how to write basic English/grammar and capitalise your words correctly before you mention mental health issues. Your behaviour, the way you talk and how your brain works are perfect symptoms of mental illness, do yourself a favour and get checked out.

Negative experience: Where like you went through half the house and you still haven’t detected anything and he’s like I will detect something, so many times it felt like he knew our house and where potential places had cameras or microphones because he would stay there for so long but say nothing it’s all clear it was so obvious he was in touch with the person who has done all this. We even asked if anyone contacted him and he hesitated, we paid a shady person to go through our whole house, car and phones saying there’s nothing even though the machine beeped many times making more excuses that it’s because of this or that and we continue to live in fear, how disgusting and low life can someone go. In regards to the last part of this horrific ordeal, he snatched my car keys from the wall hook which I don’t know how he saw and stormed outside and then walked in saying I can’t talk because you said not to as detailed previously and started slamming my car doors, boot and bonnet I thought my car would break any second, as usual he found nothing just like the house and phone which he never checked properly instead told me to go through my apps like I wouldn’t have before. Lastly, I wanted to write the invoice details down from his phone because my phone is hacked, and he got so snarky about that too, all this man has is full on ego and attitude. I actually feel sick to my stomach people like this exist. He’s being been doing this profession all his life yet can’t even professionally deal with clients, let alone do his job properly, I feel sorry for his clients. It’s just disgusting how he treats clients with such disrespect, as owners of a business ourselves I assure you we’ve definitely dealt with people where we would empathise and understand the client to the best of our ability as proper professionals we would not argue like there’s no tomorrow especially if it’s the businesses fault. Overall, Jesse and his business is unprofessional, he is unqualified and one of the worst people you can ever come across your entire life. If you want to continue to live with hidden cameras and listening devices definitely go to this place, if you want to be abused and treated pathetically, then go for this place, his business should just close down, I’m surprised he has any clients at all. Conclusively, I don’t want to hear a reply from him, firstly as usual his egoistic personality will not accept his wrong doings, I don’t need to undergo anymore harassment and abuse, if you do reply or if I find out you were lying I will not hesitate to take things further, considering my daughter is undertaking a law degree. I just wanted to warn people of the terror that we have gone through, so that no one has to gone through what we’ve been through and considering how expensive the cost of living is, I not only wasted money on this cruel person but have to get a second opinion, while continuing to constantly live in fear with my daughter as we fight through this journey, if you even had the slightest bit of decency you wouldn’t have done this to us! God sees everything so continue to lie to everyone, what comes around goes around. (Final)

Negative experience: He even ‘fixed’ down lights that look manipulated erasing any evidence that we had. He kept saying cameras can’t be in the mirror when theirs evidence of manipulation or in the shower, when there have been so many cases of these exact spots under surveillance. Lucky we were there most of the time watching him or else all our evidence would have been gone or who knows he could have put something in our house, the way he was acting. There were fingerprints on our main bathroom mirror that were crucial evidence of an unknown person, he tried to touch and contaminate it and said he would do a physical search of the mirror and tables, chairs etc he never did, he didn’t even check outside, he was like why did you cover the fire alarm, we never covered it before but it’s one of the most vital areas of cameras, so many times he said things like this and we knew he knows everything. He just kept touching things and taking pictures of useless things or places where more cameras can be hidden, I wouldn’t be surprised if he sends those images to the person behind all this, leaving us more vulnerable. He kept giving advice that no one asked for, and arguing when we counter it … he said you are the most difficult client and this is probably how you act with everyone … you have mental health issues, how dare you say all these comments if you have been in this profession long enough you should know the gravity of emotional and physical stress this has on someone he was only making things worse, who says all this, what gives him the right to treat me this way, he’s like you can’t stay anything to me so if I do and stand up for myself I’m mental? If you want to be traumatised, continue to live in fear/oblivion and have someone abuse and argue so loud that the neighbours could even hear then go be this man’s client, I am disgusted and horrified that people like him exist, specially when you need some support and help during the delicacy of this situation. I said do you have any wife and kids, this is how you don’t understand how it feels to be in the situation where your every move is watched and you are violated in your own home, car and devices. He again argued that has nothing to do with this, I just can’t win with you everything was going fine (meaning we should just let him argue in my own house) until you have one of your episodes, the person having episodes is him my goodness, such a hypocrite he needs to get himself checked out! On his website it also says they can check laptops but he said I can’t do it, you have to check it out elsewhere. We said please just don’t go upstairs, we’ll just pay you half for doing downstairs l couldn’t deal with this torture any longer, he full on started arguing saying no you have to pay me what is agreed, you cannot cancel or else I’m not going anywhere I’m staying in this house until I get paid, he used to get so angry that I thought he would hurt me and my daughter. I was going to call the cops and get him removed from my property because you can’t stay on someone else’s property the police don’t care about you paying for a service or not since it becomes a civil matter, so I said fine just continue doing the job and leave as soon as you can he still argues even for that, saying if you let me do my job, as if everything is my fault such a narcissist. I know what’s legal and not, I am highly educated and my daughter studies law, on this note when we would want to listen to his equipment he would say you don’t know how to use this because your not educated and things like that … yes I understand that but I know when the equipment is beeping and detecting something, honestly it’s not rocket science, especially as he never knew what he was doing, he was alway so slow and says I take my time doing this job, no, all he does is talk all the time even when we’re no interested and just want the job done, he would then say ‘’listen to me’’ so arrogantly.
