Fantastic experience: After ringing a couple of detective services for quotes I decided to use this company. Their professionalism and expertise came across from the start and their rates seemed very fair. The communication was excellent throughout especially as I needed a quick turn around and answers in what was a very stressful situation for me. They were straight on the case with their team and I had the proof I needed within only a couple of hours of my initial call. The footage was clear even though hurtful but Gavin remained polite and considerate throughout.

Definitely not their first rodeo - they really know their stuff. They cut straight to the chase, no mucking about and as a result, reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Gavin after a couple a false starts with a different company and was relieved to be speaking to someone who knows what he's doing. He was personable, knowledgeable and made sure to get the full story before offering investigative suggestions along with the respective costs. We settled on a couple of different avenues of investigation starting with the cheaper option. Everything was done in constant consultation with me. At the same time establishing trust and reliability. One of Gavin's PIs used some great high tech equipment in tracing vehicle movements and a video proffered at a later date was also very useful helping me to fill in the gaps on the information I needed. In the end (as a team) we were semi successful but my budget only allowed for certain length of time. If it had continued I would have certainly got everything I needed without a doubt. Gavin takes a personal interest in his client, and has many options at hand. If you need a PI look no further.

Fantastic experience: Gavin Willis is Extremely diligent and it was a straight forward process. He Helped me find an individual that the Police left me in the lurch citing it's nothing more then a civil matter. First attempt at locating the individual was unsuccessful but Gavin went the extra mile at no additional cost to help me find the individuals address. Highly recommend, will definitely use these guys again in future. Thanks again.

His agents were very reliable as we had to do multiple days with very early morning starts and they always turned up on time and the communication was great. Fantastic experience: Fast and professional. Went with another company, and over 2 weeks came up with nothing and cost me an arm and a leg, and tried to get more money out of me. Gave what i had to Melb PI , and job done the next day. Should of called these guys first. A+++

Fantastic experience: If someone isn't doing something wrong then there's no harm in checking in on them. I had a suspicious situation with a girlfriend who was acting strange about her upcoming girls night. I wanted answers. If she did nothing wrong, no problem. It didn't turn out like that...but, that's not why I wrote this...aside from the peace of mind knowing the full situation, the professionals at MPI were FAST, Thorough, updated me from the night, had great footage, accurate reporting, and, they got me every piece of information I needed to get the situation sorted. If you are looking for a professional outfit, look no further. The cost? It's fully cheaper than not knowing...and, it was totally reasonable...better to spend a few hundred dollars and have answers as opposed to have questions...and, if it had turned out that she wasn't seeing her ex...well, I'd have spend a few hundred dollars to know that it was all good and I'd be the only one who knew. It was great knowledge to have, and I am grateful for the fast, professional and courteous treatment...they were even conciliatory when saying..."Mate, I'm sorry to say that is as you feared and I've got an interim report, but, I didn't want to leave you hanging" The team from MPI is amazing. I'm hopeful I never need their services again, but, if I need private investigators in Melbourne, you can be 100% certain these guys are the only ones I'm calling.
