Negative experience: Your security guard Chris at Maya Mexican is a very poor reflection of your business. He was rude.. disrespectful and find every opportunity to snap at myself and my friends for no apparent reason. We weren't intoxicated. We were dancing near the DJ booth... very well composed and was constantly yelling at us to move back. There was no kind words. We were half a meter away not spilling drinks or anything untoward. The people around us had also asked management for his name to complain as they too were ruining their night. His mannerisms and the way he articulated himself was always with volatility. Never had any other issue with any other security guard from your company. Always professional and friendly. He is bringing your company down.

Negative experience: 028 Needs a reality check. Leave your ego at home. It does nothing for the 'tough guy' act you try to put on. What it does do is diminish any amount of respect patrons have for you and the over-all professionalism of your colleagues and employer. When asked a simple question, "Is this the general entry for black birds?" Your response "You mean to the bar? Does it say Black birds?" Perhaps one needs to raise the question, whether your communication skills are suitable for the job of Doorman? Out to have a couple of beers with a mate only to be sprung with that arrogant attitude after asking a simple question before we have stepped inside the door doesn't exactly start the night off well which is unfortunate for your contractor.
