Negative experience: Happy with the outcome, not happy with the service. Minimal correspondence through the process; I had to call numerous times to find out if any service had been performed. I had to take on dealing with the debtor personally in the end. I feel my case could have been dealt much more professionally. That said the debtor did pay in the end. Good result, Average service.

Fantastic experience: We use this team for all of our debt recovery matters. They take so much of the stress out of the process, the staff are so easy to deal with and we'd highly recommend them to any business.
