Fantastic experience: Jason and Matthew were just fantastic. Jason especially had communication skills with myself and my sister. Jason was patient with the time it took us to clear my mum’s house. I can only say they were incredibly professional and so helpful at any time I phoned.

Negative experience: If I could give it a zero star I would. Went to an open home with Jason representing the home. I witnessed Jason exhibit agressive behaviour towards another potential buyer. It put my husband and I totally off the property. I sent in a complaint to the office which has obviously been ignored as Jason is the director.

Fantastic experience: Our first interaction with Jason on our sale was fantastic, so when we used him again recently on both another sale and purchase we were blown away by the next level of service we received by him and Matt.
