Fantastic experience: I cannot even begin to express the deep gratitude that I feel towards Navid and his team (special mention to Tracy and Helen) at NSI Global Counter Intelligence at Sydney Olympic Park. Nearly 3 years ago, my beautiful troubled son took his own life. In doing so he left our family crushed. We were further crushed because all of the photos he took of our family (6 kids, mum and me) on our life changing journey to India, were trapped on his phone. Being Samsung, it's impossible to crack so we lost hope. Then a kind policemen recommended NSI and after speaking with Navid we handed over the phone. These guys are amazing! I received regular texts and emails updating me on progress. They were super friendly and empathised with my situation in a way that was truly touching. 3 weeks ago I got a call from Navid; they decrypted the photos! After 2 years of dedicated work, they were able to do the impossible! They also warmed the hearts of a grieving family. I highly, highly recommend NSI. Positive experience: After several months of hard work, David and his team did everything they could to try and retrieve my data for my iPhone but were unsuccessful in my case (storage space full > stuck on apple logo, inaccessible > force restart via iTunes on PC > accidental factory reset resulting to lost data due to no recent iCloud backup). Honestly really sad about the result but they were kind enough to refund half of my payment. I was treated with the best customer service from start to finish and credit to Tracy for being so kind on the phone and for keeping me updated throughout the case when possible. I appreciate the time and effort the team has done by giving everything they could and would like to thank them again for trying at least.
